Income Qualifications

This community participates in an affordable housing program monitored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Household income restrictions apply and are based on gross annual income.

This community has a minimum household income requirement of 2.0 times the monthly rent amount to qualify. Income is verified through our compliance process and reviewed annually with current income limit rates. Third-party verification may also be required.

Initial qualification to move into our community must have a total annual income before taxes for all occupants of the apartment home, regardless of age, less than:

Income Qualifications

Age Restriction Policy

This community is a 55+ Aged Community and is considered a Non-Assisted Senior Housing Community. At least one household member must be 55+ at the time of move-in. Qualifying household members must provide documentation establishing their eligibility.

Ovation at Paine Field operates as age-restricted housing for older persons pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Section 42 and the Washington State Housing Finance Commission definition of an elderly person. As a condition of the community's school impact fee exemption under Snohomish County Code 30.66C.010(2)(d), occupancy is subject to the following requirements:

• All persons who reside in a unit, including all occupants, must be 21 years of age or older at the time of commencement of occupancy.
